Subject: Questions

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Questions are social ATROCITIES. They reek need-insecurity and social retardedness. But I can think of 3 exceptions.

~ Asking for a Small but Important Favor ~

ALL HUMANS love to help others if the cost is low. We are flock animals that love to be loved. We love to feel important. Whenever we feel we can offer real help at a low cost, we do it with great joy and without thinking. Its our nature.

~ Asking for Elaboration ~

When someone ask about something we already said, we are being heard and that makes us feel important. We love that.

~ Questions that are not Real Questions ~

A comment disguised as a question is great! The other person could simply say yes/no/maybe, or she could choose to comment more. Regardless, you don't force them to have an opinion and you make sure that they are part of the conversation. Also gives you access to presuppositions like "Why do I make you so horny?" Also, jokes and outalphas are more fun when disguised as questions.

~ Examples ~

Bad: What you think about X?
Good: Isn't X a little bit Y?
Good: X is so Y! How creepy is that?
Good: If I was X I would never do that. Would you?

Bad: Where do you want to go on friday?
Good: I feel like going to place X or Y on friday. How about you?

Good: Could you tell me where you found the broccoli? (To girl with broccoli in shopping basket.)
