ACCEPT the part of you that generates anxieties. Without it, you would die. APPRECIATE that it is looking out for you and trying to keep you safe. Give gratitude NOW.
Now.. that you feel fully accepting and appreciative/happy about your anxieties, you are ready to learn my NEW method of overcoming some of them. If you have time, energy and desire, it will be very easy and enjoyable for you right now. Here we go..
1 Make a list of all things you ever felt awkward or worried or afraid about doing. No matter how small.
2 String a few together in a plan, starting with the smallest/easiest.
3 Go and do the things as planned and without much pausing in between.
I have used this a few times now and initial awkward feeling turns into growing feeling that you can handle ANYTHING and everything becomes so very easy. You too will experience this delightful confidence when you try this right now.
