Subject: De-clutter process

To do well in any area in life, you need flow. Clutter is anything that obstructs this flow. Getting rid of such things is a great step towards success and improvement. I will list some areas where clutter often appear:

Body: Digestion, Skin, Sleep pattern, Ergonomy, Posture, Breathing, Fitness etc..

Mind: Hesitations, Worries, Obsessions, Ideas, Unfinnished projects, Memories, Emotions, Body language, Moods, Negativity, Mental input sources etc..

Time: Relationships, (In)activities, Lack of plan etc..

Space: Possessions, Functionality, Organizing etc..

A good way of determining if something is clutter is to ask these 3 questions:
-Does holding it in my mind lift my energy?
-Do I absolutely love it?
-Is it genuinely useful?
If answers are no, no and no.. ITS CLUTTER - get rid of it

Also try to make a list of all things that drain your energy. All things that worry you. All things you feel hesitant about. Start with the smallest/simplest thing and sort that out. Then the 2nd smallest. Continue like this through entire list. You will build so much momentum that solving the bigger things will be very easy when you reach them.

Try focusing on one area at a time. If it seems big, divide it up and handle the parts separately. When THE FLOW has returned to an area, you know you have successfully decluttered it, and you can move on to the next.

Only you can identify the clutter in your life, but I will give some typical examples:

Space-organizing: items that lack a designated keeping place.
Time-planning: you got a lot to do but no clear idea of where to start.
Mind-body language: habit of BL that indicate insecurity and stress like high shoulders and tense neck muscles (BL creates the mental states it is related to).
Body-posture: a hunched back (bad for spine, breathing, general health and even psyche)
